Communicating for Success
Avoid Writer’s Block
While most people have a good idea about what they want to say and how they want to represent themselves and their businesses, actually writing this can bring about a severe case of writer’s block.
Let Me Help
This is where I can help; I like writing. After many years working as an educator, I have come to realise that not many people can say that writing is a pleasurable activity for them and that they are good at it.
I love the challenge of telling your stories. Your customers want to know who you are and, more importantly, they need to know why they should buy from you. This is a key part of the marketing process and these are the things that are the focus of my work as a copywriter.
Writing can be as scary as public speaking
For many people, writing something for publication can be almost as scary as speaking in public. We all can appreciate how difficult it is to say exactly what we mean, whether it be when we speak to, or write for, a large group of people.
Getting It Right = More Income
When what we say is directly linked to our livelihoods and the things that we value, then we had better get it right. We want to represent ourselves accurately, and in a way that other people will like us and have confidence in us. Well-chosen words will also increase customer confidence in our products and services, and that leads to higher sales figures.
